Founded in 2001, at Carl Harrison Motorcycle Services, we aim to provide you with the very best level of service. We are often referred to as "East Anglia's Best Kept Secret" and with good reason. Based at Harleston in Norfolk, we are a small, friendly business, and value the feedback we get from all of our customers. We offer both regular & scheduled maintenance, at real world prices (a fraction of those levied by a main dealer). If you have had an accident, we can provide your insurer with a quotation, to carry out any necessary repairs. Since we are able to offer competitive labour rates, we can often perform the work at a lower overall cost, which may determine if the machine is written off or not, depending on the severity of the damage.

Brilliant Turn Around
My Ducati 1098 has just had a cam belt service. Heard very good reports about Carl's knowledge and took my bike to him. It is a 2009 model, so out of warranty, but I wanted a reliable and genuine service. I delivered the bike to Carl in appalling weather. The bike was covered in salt, however it was fresh water washed after delivery and collected in a clean and salt free condition. Brilliant turn around service and Carl even replaced some rubber well nuts that had seen better days.

Carl was recommended so I took my Multistrada in for the big 15k service early, as I'd be abroad when it was due. Carl suggested doing the belts only and coming back after to do valves etc. This was good and also split the bill. Key - Carl reported on several small things needing attention, things that often get ignored. To me that was a winner.

I've used Carl Harrison's services many many times, both for my own bike and my wife's bike. I can honestly say there is no one else I would entrust them with, as Carl genuinely knows his stuff and charges reasonable prices compared to main dealers. He is always happy to help, often at short notice and I feel confident he will always do a good job. He doesn't carry out anything unless it is necessary, so you get exactly what's needed to be done, no more no less. I highly recommend him to anyone who owns an Italian machine, or for that matter any other bike.
